these terms of service exist to ensure that there are no misunderstandings and that we are on the same page! if you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected] or through DMs on my social media accounts.

❖ i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.❖ i reserve the right to share the commissioned work publicly.❖ you are purchasing a digital piece of artwork! as such, no item will be shipped.❖ you are responsible for providing references. please provide clean, fullbody references of your character. (i also encourage you to provide sketches for any specific poses or ideas you have in mind!)❖ by completing payment, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions.
payment
❖ prices listed are in USD.❖ full payment for the commissioned work is upfront.❖ full refunds will be available before the sketch stage is approved. once the sketch is approved, payment is final.
process
❖ once i reach your position in my queue, expected turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.❖ i will complete a sketch based on the references and ideas provided, and send it to you for approval.❖ once approved, i will complete the illustration and deliver the files to you via email.❖ 1-5 minor edits, corrections, and changes are allowed in the sketch phase.❖ if any major changes are requested after the approval of the client, i will charge an additional $5 fee per request. ⬦ no fee will be charged if i make an error that needs to be corrected (ie: skintones!)
usage
❖ commissioned works are for the client's personal use only - you may
print, post, share the artwork as you see fit as long as you credit my bluesky or ko-fi handles.❖ commissioners may not remove my signature or repost without credit.❖ commissioned works may not be used commercially, as NFTs, or used in AI training / modification.
